Recently Taro’s Origami Studio was asked to help entertain guests at Rockefeller Plaza in New York city for a market run by Brooklyn Popup.  It was a wonderful weekend, filled with giant origami performances by Taro Yaguchi himself, as well as folding models on demand for folks and teaching them either in person or through our tablets  if they wanted to try their hand in the ancient art of paperfolding.

Customers are often looking for something unique and engaging for their guests and we were honored to be able to perform at this wonderful location and help spread some origami joy in Manhattan. Taro was joined by senior teacher Jeff Raab and below you can watch a video of Jeff narrating an entire folding sequence for Taro.
